Is Wawa Catering available to me?

Wawa Catering is currently available in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Please check our website regularly as the service area will continue to expand. For service outside of this area, please Email Us or call 855-WAWA-2GO.

What are Wawa Catering’s hours of operation?

Wawa Catering is available for delivery 7 days a week from 6:00 am – 7:00 pm. For special requests or orders outside of the hours of operation, please Email Us or call 855-WAWA-2GO.

Can I have my Wawa Catering order delivered?

Yes. If you are in our service area we will deliver it to your home or office. For delivery outside of this area, please Email Us or call 855-WAWA-2GO.

Can I track my delivery order?

No. Wawa Catering for Business does do not offer this service at this time.

Can I pick up the catering order myself?

No. Wawa Catering for Business does do not offer pick up at this time.

Can I get help setting up my order upon delivery?

Yes.  Although our menu is designed for a quick drop-off, we’d be more than happy to assist you.  Please call us at 855-WAWA-2GO for assistance.

What are some of the benefits of signing up for Wawa Catering?

What are the service fees for Wawa Catering?

If you are getting your order delivered, a service fee charge of 15% will be applied, which is inclusive of all fees.  The service fee will not exceed $50.00 for orders where the total order amount is $500.00 or less. 

Do I need to tip the driver?

No.  Wawa associates do not accept gratuity.

Is there a minimum amount needed to place an order?

Yes. We have a $200 minimum per delivery.

How can I pay for my order?

Wawa Catering accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. You can also apply for a house account by submitting the following application to catering@wawa.com. You will be contacted within 10 business days on the status of the application.

Can I pay by Wawa gift card?

Not at this time, but the ability to pay with a Wawa gift card will be coming soon. Please keep visiting our website for updates.

Can I earn Wawa Rewards on my order?

Catering orders are currently not eligible for Wawa Rewards.  Please visit WawaRewards.com to learn more about the program, sign up, and view your account.

What if there is a problem with my Wawa Catering order?

If there are any issues with your Wawa Catering order, please Email Us or call 855-WAWA-2GO. For assistance with Wawa Mobile orders or any other orders please call 800-444-9292.

Can I cancel my Wawa Catering order?

Yes, you can cancel your Wawa Catering order by Emailing Us or calling 855-WAWA-2GO.  Please refer to our cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions. For assistance with Wawa Mobile orders or any other orders please call 800-444-9292.

When do I need to place my order?

To ensure quality and freshness, Wawa requires that you place your order online by 11 am the day before your event.  For orders placed after 11 am or same day orders, please contact us at 855-WAWA-2GO and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do I have the option of reordering a previous order?

Yes.  If you signed up for a Wawa Catering account, you will have the ability to reorder your past orders in the Orders History section of your account.  You can also contact us at 855-WAWA-2GO to assist you.

Does Wawa provide plates and utensils for the order?

Yes. Wawa will provide plates, utensils and napkins for your event.

Can I edit a Wawa Catering order online once it is placed?

No. You are unable to edit a Wawa Catering order online.  If you need assistance with an order that is already placed, please call 855-WAWA-2GO. For assistance with Wawa Mobile orders or any other orders please call 800-444-9292.

What is included in a hot bar set up?

When you order a hot bar you will receive metal stands, foil pans, serving utensils, and sternos.  The food will arrive hot and ready to serve.  

Can I deactivate my Wawa Catering account?

Yes, you can deactivate your Wawa Catering account at any time by Emailing Us or calling 855-WAWA-2GO.
